Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one month visit, and are not adjusted to a daily rate whether the visit is less than one month. When your visit goes into the following month, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though a lot of persons decide to visit with us for months, plenty of visitors staying less than one month find us less expensive than conventional hotels. Apartment fees and a 100. 00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100. 00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even whether the suite is positioned on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Facade table hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours move-in must call extension 500 and the safety guard will be paged to help customers. Have fun while staying in a clear, secure, and economical vicinity.
