The six-story, 312-room lodge draws on the architectural custom of turn-of-the-century summer months camps designed by the major families of New England. The lodge's exterior underlines a good front of woven timber and shingles that draw upon the natural accord found in nature, in addition to stone veneer made from local quarries, and expansive glass to bring the richness of the lodge's open-air vicinage to the indoors.
