General Information

Every Winterwood Townhome comes equiped with a full kitchen, hearth, privately-owned Jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, steam shower, privately-owned sauna, washer/dryer and fashionable woodside seclusion. These 3 level, 2 bedroom/three bathroom townhomes are rated wonderful. Additionally, we allow our Winterwood clients to use the Scandinavian Lodges open-air pool and hot tub, only two hundred yards up Burgess Creek Road. During the winter months a complimentary shuttle takes visitors to the slopes during the ski day and to city in the evening. The next cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all 2 night stays: two bedroom - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays longer than two nights. Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. Please check-in/out at 675 Snapdragon Way with confirmation number and ID. We try to have units prepared by four. Busy times may cause delays. Refunds not awarded thanks to delays. For two night stays in a two bed unit, a USD 35. 00 cleaning fee is required at check-in. Check-in at the Pioneer Ridge Management Office at 675 Snapdragon Way. Pick up telephone by the door to speak with safety. Safety will take a manual imprint of a credit card and give the caller with an arrival packet including maps and check-in data.
