General Information

Scandinavian Lodge and Condominiums all come equiped with full kitchen, gas hearth and an intimate balcony. There is an open-air heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and prominent vistas of the south dale. This property is lodged high alongside good Mt. Werner where our dear guests enjoy ski-out/walk-in access to Steamboats slopes. During the winter months a complimentary shuttle takes clients to the slopes during the ski day and to city in the evening. Please take into account that check-in is situated at 675 Snap Dragon Way. Cleaning fees - Studio - USD 20.00, 1 bedroom -USD 20.00, two bedroom - USD 35.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays longer than two nights. Clients must check-in/out at Pioneer Ridge Management office situated at 675 Snap Dragon Way. Please have confirmation number and valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. We try to have each unit prepared by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. Refunds not awarded thanks to delays. When the caller arrives after hours, they need to go to 675 Snap Dragon Way and pick up the white telephone which will automatically dial our safety company. The safety company will arrive within 10 minute to check the caller in. A credit card is required for imprint for deposit aims.
