The Phoenix at Steamboat is situated just a block away from the ski region on Apres Ski Way. These Steamboat Springs condominiums are delicately furnished and propose floor plans from large 4 bedroom layouts to smaller, deluxe 2 bedroom condominiums. The clubhouse at The Phoenix even highlights a huge screen movie theater. Considered one the best locations in Steamboat Colorado for families, ski clubs/groups, reunions or work retreats. The Phoenix is next to all that the Steamboat Ski Area can offer. There are no cleaning fees for stays of three nights or more. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is situated at 2145 Resort Drive, apartment 100. Please have your confirmation number and a credible ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have each unit prepared by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be awarded thanks to delays. The next cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all 2 night stays: two bed- USD 35.00, three bed- USD 50.00, four bed USD 65.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 10am. Minimum check-in age is 21. Check-in is at 2145 Resort Drive, room 100. Please have your confirmation and valid ID. Whether arriving after hours please check-in at Mountain Resorts Office situated at 2145 Resort Dr. In the event the office is closed, use the favour telephone and follow instructions posted adjacent to the telephone situated in the entryway.
