The Cascades are dainty multilevel townhomes that afford the utmost solitude for vacationing families or little groups. Every rental has an expansive kitchen, drawing room, breakfast room, hardwood flooring, gas fireplaces and redwood decks. Every residence is the whole with a redwood deck, washhouse facilities- washhouse soap replenished daily-, privately-owned two-car garage and independent Internet access – bring your laptop. The townhomes are situated along the pretty Burgess Creek strolling trail just 3 blocks from the Steamboat Ski Area gondola, boutiques, and restaurants. City centre is exactly 10 min away. Resortquest provides winter shuttles that chauffeur customers around the Steamboat Ski Resort and the Steamboat Springs district. Resortquest is not a member of the Triple Crown accommodation programme and is unable to accept any sports team participants. Individuals 23 years or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these individually owned units. Whether the multitude of groun-ups and kids exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, whether sports team participants, or whether individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for instant termination of this occupancy w/out refund. Every day, our Green Team will empty your recycling and trash. Plus, our housekeepers will replenish towels and supplies, produce the beds and vacuum high-traffic districts as indispensable. For visitors staying 8 or more nights- In addition to your Daily Refresh and Recycle amenities, midway through your visit, your housekeeper will also change the linens, clear the bathrooms and kitchen, and vacuum and dust the unit. Whether you visit more than 15 nights, we will conduct 2 Mid-stay services. Whether checking in between May 1 and December 13, 2010, please check-in at 1855 Ski Time Square Drive. After December 14th please check-in at The Snow Flower Condominiums 2200 Apres Ski Way. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 10am.
