Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. Our rates are priced for a minimum one month visit, and are not adjusted to a dailey rate whether the visit is less than one month. When you visit goes into another month, another weekly rate is charged. A lot of visitors staying less than a month quiet find us less expensive than conventional hotels. Suite fees and a 100. 00USD refundable deposit are due at of arrival. The 100. 00USD deposit is charged upon check in even whether the rooom is positioned on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at check out pending no damages or owed charges. Facade Desk hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM and closed Sunday. After hours check in must call extension 500 and the safety guard will be paged to help customers. Have fun while staying in a clear, secure, and economical surroundings. No reservations after 3pm on Sundays.
