The inn is situated in the center of the University District, 2 blocks from the University of Washington campus, 10 minute from city center Seattle and 30 minutes from SeaTac airport.

Hotel Deca has five, 500 piazza feet of meeting space, a business area, sport heart, a cosy restaurant and hall, and coffee specialty boutique. A personal neighborhood restaurant, the District Lounge proposes a casually sumptuous dining experience with oversized furniture and accessories, serpentine drop lighting and eclectic art decoration. The globally inspired carte menu has Pacific, Southwest, Mediterranean and distinct local flavors. Tullys Coffee Shop is on place offering toasty drinks, lunches and st side vistas for persons watching.
