We are a six-story complex, overlooking the ocean on Seaside Prom, an 8, 000 foot-long concrete boardwalk which offers the ideal venue for slow walks, persons watching and amazing ocean vistas. Sand and Sea features many self-sufficient car parking, so a lot of visitors simply garden their autos and stroll a block to the boutiques, restaurants and amusements of Broadway, the historic principal street in Seaside.
