We are situated on a tranquil avenue in the secure, oceanside community of Pompano Beach, 15 mins north of city centre Fort Lauderdale, 10 min south of Boca Raton and less than 2 blocks from one of South Florida's Blue Wave award-winning social beaches. A short amble away you'll find dozens of boutiques, restaurants, nightspots, social fishing pier, and boat rentals, beauty salons and more. The closest 36-hole hole golf facility is a five-minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for direct access to sights and shopping throughout South Florida. Service: Studios comprise fully furnished kitchen, sleeping and living districts with king bed & sleeper sofa, paddle fans and spacious screened-in porches with privately-owned bar-b-que. The one-bedroom suite features a queen bed w/ French doors to living room, sleeper sofa, additional wide kitchen, hardwood floors, screened porch and BBQ. A sundeck and coin washhouse is situated on the site. For the enjoyment of future clients, no smoking is allowed. All cottages feature self-sufficient local telephone facilities, voice mail and (upon request) fax machine, TV/VCR or DVD, CD/stereo, air conditioning, hand sewn quilts, cooking utensils and dishes, fresh linens and bedding, hair dryer, coast towels and gear, toys, and popular videos. High quality internet is obtainable. All Guests must agree to the next: No refund for cancellation. No supplementary overnight customers without prior approval by owner (additional charges may apply). No pets allowed. No visitors under 21 without parent or legal guardian are allowed.
