Our 24 hour guaranteed complex also proposes parking zone for boats, campers and motorcycle trailers. Indulge in our tasty poolside café that proposes anything from hamburgers and sandwiches to ale and wine. The conference/banquet apartment retains up to 100 persons for conferences or privately-owned parties. The Beach facilities provides hall chair and umbrella rentals in addition to dolphin tours, banana boat rides and wave runner rentals. Regency Towers is also short distance to the Bay Town Trolley, which takes you to almost any site in Panama City Beach. We have some of the biggest units on the Gulf Coast. These comprise washers/dryers, kitchens, living room/dining apartment combinations, privately-owned gulf-front balconies and more. Must be 25 or older to check in. A USD 100 damage waiver fee will be collected at check-in from any visitor under 25. The fee is refundable at check-out in the form of a check upon inspection of the unit. Clients over 25 are exempt. Fees collected at check-in include- 1 bdrm USD 89.20, two bdrm USD 105.45, and a one time USD 32. 00 resort fee. Spring Break groups comprise a USD 100. 00 safety deposit fee for visitors varying from 21-24 years antique.
