This deposit is refundable within 14-21 days after departure, providing there features been no damage to the unit or its contents, all garbage features been positioned in outside container, dirty dishes are positioned in dishwasher and cleaned, and all keys and armbands have been returned to the rental office. All condos are non-smoking. If you smoke in the unit, your safety deposit will not be returned. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Everyone in the party must be 25 unless supplemented by a parent. There is a cleaning fee of USD 100. 00 plus tax. The Security/Damage Deposit policy is as follows- a USD 300. 00 deposit is required. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Please check-in at the on-site rental office of Hidden Dunes. Minimum age required at check-in is 25.
