Please inform spills, breakage and damage as shortly as it occurs during the visit, so that it's can access and/or minimize the extent of the damage. The "Limited Damage waiver" is only valid whether the incident is reported Prior to Check Out. It will become void upon departure. The purchase of the damage waiver is $40.00, or a charge to a credit card of $250. 00 upon check in. The $40. 00 is non-refundable once the caller features check in. The $ 250. 00 will be credited back to the credit card within 30 days of departure.
