Horizon South, an ample resort situated across the st from the coast, is situated in the center in the center of Panama City Beach less than a mile from Pier Park and Frank Brown Park Sports Complex. The resort has many family activities on spot with 4 pools, hot tub, kiddie pool, 18-hole mini hole golf, playground, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Visitors also get a self-sufficient facilities package on all paid nights. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Our beaches have NOT been impacted by the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, and our beaches are as nice as ever. Do not change your holiday plans when you're fully preserved. Counts Oakes Resort Properties is delighted to propose a -Clean Beach Guarantee Program.- No Cancellation Fee- If our beaches are impacted in any way thanks to the oil spill you are able to cancel your reservation without any penalty or cancellation fee. Full Refund- If while you are staying our locality is impacted in any way by the oil spill in the Gulf we will issue you a full refund for the remaining balance of your visit. Usd 200 Credit for a Future Stay- In addition to providing a full refund for the remaining balance of your visit we will issue you a USD 200 credit that able to be applied towards a future visit.
