The Guggisberg Swiss Inn would like to invite you to Holmes County. You are invited to spend time in one of the biggest and friendliest Amish communities in the world. At the Guggisberg Swiss Inn, you are able to taste the real ambiance of Amish Country. The guesthouse itself sits atop a hill facing the idyllic Doughty Valley and is encircled by Amish farms, only two miles North of Charm, which is said to have more Amish buggy traffic than anywhere else in the world. Every morning enjoy a complimentary Swiss breakfast catered in the glassed in dining room facing the duck pond and orchard. You may place a deer or a fox coming down to take a drink out of the pond. Breakfast includes ham and cheese, fresh breads, sweet rolls, fresh fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, milk and juice. Spend a day at the riding stables, curled up with a generous book in facade of a roaring fire in the common suite, soaking in the hot tub, or hiding away in your apartment.
