Built in 1991, The Sea Breeze Inn features become one of Newport, premier B&Bs. Our comfortable inn has delightful, well appointed apartments and is everytime evolving to meet the requirements of our dear guests. A complimentary made to order breakfast is catered every morning in our cafe. We are conveniently situated a quarter mile from Newports first coast, dining and pastime and just 2 miles to city centre Newport. We are also just a half mile from Cliff Walk, a stroll along the idyllic Rhode Island coastline and Newports outstanding mansions. The Sea Breeze Inn features a entire of 8 suites. 2 apartments are situated on the ground floor with handicap access and a queen bed in every. Upstairs features a range of suites every with its own privately-owned deck access. We provide vistas facing Eastons Pond and Eastons Beach. There are three suites that every have queen beds. Our apartment features two queen beds in addition to a living room with a pull out, a full refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. The room brags pond vistas and able to sleep five. For three persons, we provide a suite with a queen size bed in addition to a day bed under and arched window. This suite is larger than our standard apartment and features vistas of Eastons Pond in addition to Eastons Beach. Finally, we have our honeymoon room proud of a King sized bed, double sized shower, and a L-shaped deck with vistas of both Eastons Pond and Eastons Beach.
