Beginning April 12, 2010 and ending in early 2011, the Grand Hyatt will undergo a broad apartment renewal. The comprehensive suite renewal will replace wall coverings, flooring, curtains, furniture, and dcor. All bathrooms will be absolutely refurbished. The multi-million dollar project will occur in phases, closing total building wings at a
time to mitigate any disturbance for visitors. With the major 2 buildings completed in 2010, all visitors will be in fresh, recent apartments in 2011.
