Cheeca Lodge & Spa is situated on 27 oceanfront acres on Upper Matecumbe Key in the Village of Islamorada, about 78 miles south of Miami International Airport and 80 miles from Key West.

The property's facilities include a palm-lined coast, 525-foot wooden fishing pier, 2 heated swimming pools, saltwater lagoon stocked with native fish, full line of water sports, award-winning Camp Cheeca for children, six lighted tennis courts, and a par-3 hole golf course.

The award-winning Atlantic's Edge Restaurant serves sumptuous dinners featuring fresh seafood and steaks with scenic vistas of the ocean. Limoncello proposes clients bold Italian cuisine with a rural flare. From the moment you enter into the authentically modish ambiance of the recently planned breakfast room, the Tuscan experience begins. Ocean vistas through ten foot glass doors framed in mahogany superbly complement the earthy tones and casually polished environment. Limoncello's carte menu flawlessly combines southern, central, and northern Italian gastronomy, whilst embracing an intimate rural touch. The Nikai Sushi Bar proposes fresh delectable sushi rolls and sashimi, Asian appetizers and entrees, at an prestigious 12 seat sushi brasserie. For a more casual experience, combine us at the open-air coast brasserie and deck for tropical drinks and light fare. During the day, butler facilities is also accessible poolside and on the coast.

The Spa at Cheeca proposes a multiude of inner and open-air thermal treatments for singles and couples, in addition to facials, tradition massage therapies, aromatherapy, and body treatments. A sport suite, steam suites, adult-only swimming pool and butler-serviced cabanas, selection of inner and open-air sport classes, & spa shop the whole the facilities.

Most of Cheeca's 214 rooms for guests & suites feature plasma screen televisions, DVD and CD players, ceiling fans, complimentary bottled water, turndown amenities, hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, designer toiletries, and bathrobes. Some suites may also feature screened patios, or open-air balconies, with and desk and chairs.

The property charges a mandatory $39 amenity fee per apartment which consists of: tennis (court usage, racquets, balls), hole golf (green fees, clubs, and balls), fishing rods, coast cabanas, sea kayaks, bicycles, sport studio, thermal yoga & Pilates classes, DVD movie rental, foyer Internet stations, cordless Internet, valet car park, in-room Starbucks coffee amenities, in-room bottled water, housekeeping gratuity, daily newspaper, visitor fax amenities, local and toll-free calls.
