Our family runned company began in 1992 at the Royal Kuhio. Our major goal was to maintain the Aloha spirit of the Islands as it was in 1947. In those days travellers were welcomed as friends and a lot of times the Islanders would invite them to their home and show them the diverse park amusements around the island. Our home is your home when you stay Royal Waikiki Condos. Our neighborly friendly personnel at the office and our housekeepers will do our ultimate to produce your visit a cheerful and wonderful one. Ultra Deluxe units are situated on the 18th-28th floors and the Deluxe units are situated on the 14th-17th floors. Our one bedroom apartments are planned so that the bedroom may remain open or closed during the day which makes the room much more wide. At any time, the sliding panels may be closed which creates a tranquil and calm bedroom. All units have a sofa bed, which you may enjoy as a sofa during the day. At night you have the option of converting it into a queen size bed. The diverse panoramas from the lanai comprise the ocean, hills, Diamond Head and the wonderful city of Waikiki. There is a USD 35. 00 charge for any change in reservation. Whether clients visit is stretched, only the extra daily rate will be charged. There is a USD 20. 00 plus tax charge in a day for every additional person over maximum occupancy. There is a USD ten. 00 plus tax charge in a day for car parking. All fees collected at check-in. Please note, the facade table is open 8am-5pm, closed 1230-130pm. The housekeeping schedule is from 8am-430pm. Cleaning fees vary. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A picture ID and confirmation papers are required at time of check-in. If arriving after hours please see the safety guard in the Royal Kuhio foyer for your apartment key. Whether the guard is not accessible he will return in only several mins as he is making his rounds. A picture ID and confirmation are required. You must the entire check-in the following morning in the entrance.
