Serene location. The Buckhorn Inn, situated 5 miles from city center Gatlinburg, Tenn., is embeded on 25 acres of woodlands and meadows with native wildflowers and grasses. The guesthouse is one mile from the north entry of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Features. The grounds of Buckhorn Inn feature a spring fed lake with ducks and fish, a self guided nature trail and Rachael's Labyrinth, a circular pathway of local fieldstone, 60 feet in diameter. Built in 1938, the Buckhorn Inn highlights a renowned suite with a stone hearth, a wall lined with bookshelves, and a savoury coffee and cafeteria.
