Situated in prestigious Harbor Beach, Lago Mar is located on 10 acres of privately-owned ocean coast with Lake Mayan as the western boundary, creating a confidential island - an island that is precisely 10 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Also, we are the unexampled oceanfront resort where the water cab will pick you up at our privately-owned dock and transportation you to the destination of your choice on Ft. Lauderdale's nice intracoastal waterway. Our lodgings consist of 160 apartments with mini-kitchens and wet bars and 52 hotel suites, all in a low-rise, Mediterranean fashion complex amidst lawns and palms. Our convention centre, which opened in 1989, features conference rooms that face either Lake Mayan or the Atlantic Ocean. This handsome multi-million dollar facility also houses 36 one-bedroom apartments and a lush tropical balcony with fountains. We've newly completed a main refurbishment which has 2 supplementary floors of apartments and hotel apartments to produce our entire suite lodgings 212.
