General Information

Clients able to receive away from the fuss of each day life at one of Cape Cod's most romantic and lonely state inns quietly tucked away on a state highway, but quiet situated un the centre to all the sights that produce Cape Cod so specific. Clients will be can stroll along the 'Outer Cape' beaches and listen to the soothing sound of the waves lapping on Cape Cod Bay or crashing at the National Seashore. Clients able to partake in some of the best dining that the Cape can offer, start every day at the hotel with a gastronome breakfast catered to visitors at their own privately-owned desk. Visitors able to enjoy lighthouses, museums, whale watching, Cape Cod Bay tidal beaches and up scale shopping surrounding.
The Inn was constructed in 1830 for a great whaling captain. In the early 1900s, it became a gentleman's farm, known as Whalewalk Farm. In 1953, it was purchased and turned into an inn. Since that time it features been authentically renewed and creatively embellished. The common apartments are filled with the innkeeper's commodious Waterford crystal range, 19th century state antiques from England and France, fresh bunchs of flowers, and oriental rugs.

Guests will awaken to the aroma of recently brewed coffee, sizzling bacon, one of the plenty of fine pastry items and a various entree each day. Dietary requirements are no problem, with sophisticated notice. On warm days, clients able to enjoy their breakfast on the bricked courtyard whilst viewing the terraces, or on cooler days, breakfast is catered on the sun porch or the breakfast room. The Inn's newest facility is The Spa and Wellness Center, providing a range of massages, facials, sport heart, hot tub, sauna and inner heated resistance pool.

The 16 rooms for guests & suites are spread throughout six buildings on a pleasing 3 acre compound. All lodgings have sitting districts, telephones, televisions with VCRs and air conditioning. Some have fireplaces, oversized whirlpools or soaking tubs, refrigerators, and savoury coffee and tea.

This historic inn, known as one of a most beautiful inns on the Outer Cape, is appointed with their guests' comfort in mind. Kids under the age of 12 are not permitted at this property.
