The Resort is an integral part of America*s River at the Port of Dubuque featuring the Mississippi River Discovery Center and Aquarium, Grand River Conference Center, National Rivers Hall of Fame, Mississippi Riverwalk, Star Brewery Amphitheater and the River*s Edge Plaza. Featuring 193 visitor apartments with spectacular vistas of either the town bluffs or the Mississippi River, the Grand Harbor Resort is comfortably located at city centre shops and businesses. Customers may select standard double or king suites, deluxe one bedroom hearth and gulf rooms, and our peculiar Turret Suites with floor to ceiling glass windows, showcase glorious views.
