Island House Condominiums are all personally owned so no 2 units are exactly alike. The few things they do have in common is the amenity of home, the sound of the waves, and full kitchens with dishwashers, microwaves, ovens, blenders, toasters, pots and pans, utensils, bowls, and plates. We have two elevators on the site for your convenience in addition to a heated pool- during winter months- in addition to a coined washhouse suite and gas barbecue pits for those Texas sized steaks and grilled shrimp. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Island House is a no pet and non smoking in units property. Usd 1500. 00 will be assessed for any violations. Check in time is after four pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11am. Please check in at the facade table. A credit card for incidentals is required at check-in.
