The Old Town GuestHouse was newly constructed in 1997 as a bed & breakfast inn yet retaining the fascination of the original 1892 Firestation. Only several steps away from quaint shops, galleries, ancient butiques and restaurants, the 3 story brick building is in ideal accord with the 1859 period construction of Colorado Springs' historic Old Colorado City, also known as the "heartbeat of Colorado Springs" and Old Town.

The GuestHouse caters to groun-ups for recreation travel and gives corporate rates to work travelers. All rentals comprise breakfast, evening reception desk, off-street car parking and virtually soundproof apartments. The vicinity is smoke independent. A specific visitor apartment proposes disabled welcoming accommodation and our lift makes all apartments fully available.

The GuestHouse features an intimate Conference Center. The midst able to accommodate over 40 people and is furnished to propose videoconferencing. This videoconferencing spot networks to give national and international communication. The Conference Center, including our VideoConferencing capability, is obtainable all day long, seven days a month.
