The Black Forest B&B Lodge & Cabins, occupying a lonely tranquil location in Colorado Springs, Colo., is placed in the Black Forest about eight miles from "town. " The lodge is less than 25 miles from the treveller sights of the Pikes Peak district, including Garden of the Gods, the city of Manitou Springs, Colo., and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway.
This property is made up of a few log cabin fashion buildings set on 20 acres of land covered with ponderosa pine trees and golden aspens. The major cottage is constructed in Dutch Colonial fashion, and is supplemented by a detach lodge that consists of a dance floor, baby majestic piano, conference room, 2 fireplaces and 50 feet of sliding glass doors with panoramic vistas of the wood, town and hills. Complimentary mainland breakfasts are catered daily. A computer station with high speed Internet access, fax machine and photocopy machine is obtainable. The grounds of the premises comprise a log pavilion, playground and tourism trails. One cat, 2 dogs and 2 show bunnies live on the site. Other pets are not allowed.

Accommodations at the Black Forest B&B Lodge & Cabins are situated in the property's barn, bunkhouses or individual cabins. The Chalet unit, placed on one acre, proposes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Chalet consists of a living room with a hearth and a full kitchen. The Loft unit, a 2 bedroom room situated on the 2nd floor of the property's log barn, proposes a full kitchen, forest burning stove and cathedral ceilings.
