The Wheeler Mansion is situated 2 blocks north of McCormick Place Convention Center, just east of Indiana Avenue in the Prairie Preservation District of Chicago's South Loop. Convenient access to Lake Michigan harbors and beachs, the Field Museum, the Adler Planetarium, and the Shedd Aquarium · Only several miles north is the Loop region, the Magnificent Mile (Shopping Area) and Navy Pier.

Travel information

Train Station (Orange Line) is a five min drive away from the hotel. To get to The Wheeler Mansion from 90/94, if you're driving north or south, exit at Congress Parkway. Follow Congress Parkway east to Michigan Avenue, where you are able to turn right (south). When Michigan Avenue reaches 18th Street, turn left (east). 18th Street will cross Indiana Avenue, Prairie Avenue, and will eventually turn so that you're headed south. Once you're headed south, you'll cross Cullerton Street and The Wheeler Mansion will be on the right hand side.
