The premises is situated just north of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. There are lots to do and see on the shore, including Kayaking on the Bay (you able to rent kayaks right next door at SouthEast Expeditions), or a round of hole golf at Bay Creek Golf Club (featuring an 18 hole Arnold Palmer Golf Course). Neighboring to the Wildlife Refuge, Sunset Beach Resort provides many relaxation facilities, both indoors and outdoors.
