Value Place is a short term residential product that mixes one of the best of stretched visit accommodation. Our rates are priced for a minimum one month visit, and are not adjusted to a daily rate whether the visit is less than one month. When your visit goes into the following month, another weekly rate is charged. Apartment fees and a 100. 00USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100. 00USD deposit is charged upon move in even whether the suite is positioned on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Facade table hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Saturday 10:00AM-2:00PM, and closed on Sunday.
