Linden Point House was a hotel at the turn of the century and then a personal home for decades. It's situated on an intimate point, over looking the Thimble Islands, with 700 feet or water frontage on Long Island Sound with snall sandy coastline. This specific point, with gazebo, hammocks, jetties all around and exquisite antique trees, allows for entire leisure. Nutritious breakfas is catered on the courtyard as you watch kayakers and sailboats go by. A 10 minute stroll into city, brings you to boutiques, a restaurant and the city coast. Complimentary tea and wine will be catered early evening on the gazebo and you're invited to linger for unbelievable sunsets. There is pleasant local dining in Branford, Guilford and Madison. or you may select to take the short drive to New Haven for Yale, restaurants or theater.
