Peaceful location. The Bear Mountain Lodge is situated in Bethlehem, N.H., in the White Mountains. Hole golf is obtainable within 2 miles at the Maplewood and Bethlehem Country Clubs. The Mount Washington Cog Railway, a sightseeing and ski train which climbs up some of the steepest railway tracks in the world, is available less than 5 miles away.
Features. This lodge is fashioned of Eastern White Pine logs, and is set on 26 acres. The grounds propose straight vistas of Mount Washington and a strolling trail along the Ammonoosuc River. Complimentary state breakfasts are catered in the breakfast room, and a pantry provides complimentary soft drinks and lunches. The lodge is furnished with complimentary high speed Internet access. A firstrate suite proposes a forest soapstone stove and a tranquil loft district stocked with reading materials. The lodge's deck proposes vistas of the sunrise and the area's resident wildlife, including moose, deer, wild turkey and the occasional black bear. The backyard has an open-air hearth encircled by Adirondack chairs. Kids under 12 years antique are not permitted at the lodge except November 26th till January second, when the lodge is changed into a family welcoming establishment, and showcases Christmas decorations.
