Originally built in 1898 the Hotel features gone through plenty of changes and the original building features gone through a series of main and continuous renovations since 2001, with the accent on retaining the historical feel of this landmark building while providing all the current facilities one would expect from a up-to-date Hotel.
Our major brasserie, The Polo Tavern, is one of city centre Aiken’s most famous watering holes. The Tiki Tavern situated on the rear courtyard features already been presented the title of “Best New Bar” in Aiken for 2006 by readers of the exclusive Augusta Magazine.
