Rated four-star Guest Accommodation by Visit Britain, Florian is non smoking and is located just 10-15 mins stroll from Weymouth city center and coast. Florian is a conventional Victorian cottage, built around 1885, with four floors. Whether mobility or stairs is a problem please phone 01305 773836 before booking. There is parking at the facade and a south overlooking park at the back. This is perfect whether visiting with young kids, as they able to play in the safe park. Courtyard doors lead from the breakfast room to the park where Guests are welcome to sit and unwind on the loungers for a small supplementary sunbathing. Florian is non smoking throughout but customers may smoke in the park. We are well positioned for people travelling on business as we able to be reached, without going via the city center. There is free wi-fi access in all apartments. We are at the foot of the Rodwell Trail which is widely-known for walkers going to Portland or to Abbotsbury and we has to offer luggage transfer to your next stop. Early breakfasts are accessible for visitors hiking on the Cross Channel Ferry, or going on fishing/diving trips. There is storage for bikes, windsurfing boards, diving equipping etc. with an outside tap accessible for the rinsing of sports equipping plus drying service for wet clothes. With our own Charter Fishing Boat ‘Atlanta’ we able to organize a fishing journey while you are staying or even fishing weekends, either for individuals or clubs. The bedrooms are simply but homely equipped. All rooms in the hotel have been newly renewed with quality pine beds and furniture. The shower apartments are also recently renewed with towels and toiletries provided. Every room is equipped with flat screen TV with freeview, and DVD players, Hospitality tray, mini fridge & hairdryer. Heating is provied by radiators with thermostats allowing clients to regulate the temprature.
