General Information

Mulberry House is a Victorian grade two listed property built in 1860, retaining much of its original spell and charactor from this bygone age. This one of its kind holiday hotel is situated on a tranquil avenue in the center of the English Riviera. Next to the main mall center, restaurants, coast and sights of Torquay. At Mulberry House we believe little is good. Thanks to our size, (four bedrooms), we can to propose a more personalised amicable service which is often lacking in larger establishments and hotel chains. After a long day in the resort, unwind with a brand-new teacoffee in the visitor hall. All suites are fully en-suite with up-to-date flat screen televisions, teacoffee making amenities and FREE I-net access. Please NOTE: We do not accept hen or stag groups or simular bookings i. e footballrugby occasions, all such bookings will be cancelled immediately.

Transportation

Approach Torquay on the A3022 Avenue Road untill you come at the the sea facade. Turn Right onto Torbay Road (B3199) and right again into Belgrave Road. Continue up Belgrave Road taking the 1st right into Scarborough Road. Mulberry House is situated on the corner of Scarborough Rd and Croft Rd. Torquay Train Station 1. 08 miles from Mulberry House i. e a 15 minute stroll. Parking zone is available in Scarborough Rd and in the nearby streets but please take into account that we do NOT have a visitor car parking.
