The Georgian Room is a single bedroom, with a double bed, and en-suite shower apartment that over looks the park. James' Room is a apartment that able to be booked out with the Edwardian room. Every room is equipped with a flat screen Freeview TV/DVD, independent WiFi broadband, iPod Docking Station Alarm Clock; complimentary tea/coffee making amenities and Organic toiletries; slippers, Organic towels and Organic dressing gowns add to the grand experience. In the early 1900’s the cottage belonged to a famous local author, Christopher Bush (pseudonym Michael Home) who wrote approximately his recollections of his childhood in the countryside of Great Hockham. He also wrote award winning detective novels. Over the last 3 years, the proprietors, Wendy and David, have sympathetically re-equipped the whole cottage and landscaped the terraces, drawing on inspiration from research and the National Trust!
