Nestled in spacious terraces in the very heart of Swanage, this one of its kind family-managed hotel mixes the ambiance of a conventional farmstead with all the comforts of a chic hotel. Steeped in heritage, the 38 bedrooms are divided between the major cottage, constructed in 1875, and the newly-built Louisa Lodge. All of the bedrooms are en apartment and some have sea or park vistas. The Hotel have 2 restaurants (Hardy Restaurant and the Garden Conservatory where we catered breakfast, Home Made Dorset Cream Tea and Dorset apple Cake catered on the Garden veranda or Conservatory During your visit you can investigate the opulent vicinity, including the seafront on the World Heritage Jurassic Coast (300 yards) and the bustling center of Bournemouth (15 miles).

Transportation

From Wareham follow the A351 to Corfe Castle and then to Swanage Town Centre Victoria Avenue, turn right at traffic light and left at roundabout into Station Road. Follow one way system and then direct passed the White Swan Public cottage to Strafford highway and then right into Manor highway and to Purbeck House Hotel Car Park.
