The Heugh Hotel is an exquisite Baronial manor house offering three star lodging in the West End of Stonehaven. We are the most high rated Scottish Tourist Board hotel in city. Since 1984 when we took over the guesthouse, we have taken well-known pride in offering a cheerful and relaxed, yet professional ambience for you to enjoy. Our nice bedrooms have a conventional decoration with the convenience of modern facilities such as free wireless internet and digital televisions. Meals are catered in our unofficial hall which has original period oak panelling. The Heugh Hotel is superbly located for the treveller and businessman alike, with Stonehaven being only 12 miles from the City of Aberdeen and at the foot of the popular hiking district of Royal Deeside. The train station is five mins stroll from the inn and we have ample self-sufficient off st car parking.

Transportation

From North - Take the A90 from Aberdeen for approx. 12 miles and use the slip highway signposted Stonehaven. Continue into the city center and at the traffic lights at the plaza turn right and then 4th right (the A957 to Banchory). The Hotel is approximately half a mile up this highway on the left at the crossroads. From South - Take the slip highway off the A90 signposted Stonehaven and follow more signposts to take you into the city center. At the traffic lights turn left and then 4th right (the A957 to Banchory). The Hotel is approximately half a mile up this highway on the left at the crossroads. From Railway Station - As you exit the station, continue to the end of the highway and turn left. Take the firsthand highway on the left again. The Hotel is at the end of this highway on the left at the crossroads.
