Binns Cottage is a two bed-roomed Fisherman's Cottage in the ancient town of Downalong, St. Ives. 20 m from the secure and sandy Porthmeor Beach, ideal for kids. Binns features a restful hall with a T. V and DVD. The kitchen features a washing machine, fan oven, gas hob, fridge and a microwave. We have a shower apartment and a disunite toilet. Assured Car Park space accessible - significant during busy times! Perfect restful serene location Level access to the city very near to coast Tate Gallery is 50 m Coastal path strolls Safe bathing. Please take into account - Regretably, whilst we will afford bed linen, we are unable to supply towels. Binns Cottage is light and fresh in the summer months, warm and comfortable in the winter. Transportation

From the A30 follow the signs Lelant, Carbis Bay and St Ives. When you get to a hotel called Porthminster on your right take the right fork down into St. Ives. Follow the 'through' highway signs round the haven and the Sloop pub will be on your left. Turn left and left again till you get to Bumbles Cafe-turn right. go 25 meters and stop. Binns is up an alleyway called The Meadow.
