Embedded in a superior rustic peaceful location yet conveniently located at the foot of the M42 motorway, Birmingham Airport and Birmingham International Railway Station. The M42 gives direct access to the M6, M6-Toll, M40 and M5 highways. The Airport and Station are five mins away and we are close to the National Exhibition Centre (nec). Self-sufficient conveyance able to be arranged with prior notice. There are eight bedrooms located in four privately-owned aim built annexes, with a further 3 interior the cottage. Constructed to the most high specifications, the annexes are located in the capacious park. All suites are strictly non-smoking. The lodging consists of: Double Bed, En-suite Shower and Toilet, TV, Microwave, Fridge and Telephone. Tea and Coffee service provided. Full English or Continental breakfast is catered in the Garden Room. Every room is equipped with unrestricted access to a decked courtyard region, perfect for winding down at the end of a busy day. We are perfectly situated for the Business Professional who requires a rural rustic serene location while retaining fast access to conveyance links. Cordless Internet access is also accessible for a little fee. There is a Big Steak Pub five mins away or within ten minutes there are a few state pubs serving elegant food. Alternatively unite us for a barbecue in our aim built facility.
