General Information

We are a two minute amble from the Abbey and just five minutes from major line station to Waterloo, which takes just over two hours. The Bakehouse, a grade II listed building, restful holds its period feel with flagstone floors and open log fires in the winter months. Also, there are 2 labrador dogs, Boo and Charlie. In essence the B and B is for chilled, slow persons with a greatly relaxed attitude to life. Here, you are able to take breakfast at 11. 30am whether you so wish. Whether you let us know, we able to also organize to chef dinner for you. The hall district features an open fire with Sky sports TV; there is a lovely patio park where you are able to drink your own wine - no inflated wine prices here! - and eat olives. There are all the standard offerings too, such as independent wi fi, a tv and tea making amenities in all of our rooms.
