Rest in the cozy hall, read, play pool or just watch the horses and rare breed Herdwick sheep grazing out side your window. A pleasing and varied breakfast, a carte menu of fresh make and local fish, is catered in the breakfast room with vistas to Dunstanburgh Castle. As a visitor of Springwood you can produce use of our corporate membership of The Ocean Club. Only open to members, why not pamper yourself and have a massage and make certain you bring your swim wear to try a twilight swim! Springwood B&B is located in small fishing countryside of Seahouses on the Heritage beach in a district of well-known genuine beauty. With possibly one of the best vistas in the region we have the rugged Cheviot mountains to the west and Dunstanburgh palace, Beadnell and the Heritage beach to the south. To the north, voted one of Britains finest vistas, is Bamburgh Castle. A small further north is Lindisfarne the `Holy Island`. Seahouses haven is several mins stroll away. From in this place you able to take boat trips to The Farne Islands to go through the distinguished bird sanctuary and grey seal colony. Alnwick Castle (where the Harry Potter films were made) and terraces are a twenty minute drive away. We have 70 acres of land with strolls neighboring to the coast and hole golf course. Wild life and birds everywhere. Also some enchanting wild plants, some of which are entirely rare. Sit in the park, unwind, relax, appreciate the peace, listen to the birds - a Curlew, a Lapwing (even the elusive corn bunting) and enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.
