Transportation

By Road: Royal Albert Drive is the beach highway that runs around the North Bay. Approximately half way along (near the barrier) turn right up the cliffs into Albert Road. Turn left and then 1st left again onto Queens Parade. Follow the highway round as it turns into Rutland Terrace. Phoenix Court is the last hotel and features a parking to the side. By Public Transport: From the train station, follow Northway to the traffic lights. Turn right onto Victoria Road. Go direct via the traffic lights, over the roundabout onto Castle Road. Take third turning left and then right onto Rutland Terrace. Phoenix Court is on the right hand side.
