From city center, take a329 (Oxford Road, Westbound) towards Pangborne. After Reading West Railway bridge, take third left. From motorway: M4 junctions 11. Exit motorway M4 at Junction 11 sign posted Reading A33. Exit roundabout to follow signs for A33 Reading. Go direct across four roundabouts, stay on A33 (stay in left lane after fourth roundabout) towards Reading till you approach traffic lights opposite the BP Garage (on your left). Fork left just before lights taking slip highway left, sign posted to Newbury A4. Proceed to the end of the highway and at the T mix, turn left along Berkeley Avenue, sign posted Newbury A4. Through traffic lights, go direct across 1st roundabout (Beefeater restaurant on left). At next set of traffic lights, turn right (signposted Tilehurst) into Liebenrood Road. Proceed to end of the highway to roundabout, exit right into Tilehurst Road (signposted towards Town Centre). Take the third turning on the left into Connaught Road. The Abbey House Hotel is located 100 yards on your left. From Junction 12: Exit Motorway M4 at Junction 12 and follow signs for A4 Reading. Travel along the A4, going direct across five roundabouts. Past Prospect Park on your left. After the fifth roundabout, turn left at traffic lights into Liebenrood Road (sign posted to Tilehurst). Proceed to the end of the highway and at the roundabout, exit right into Tilehurst Road (signposted for Town Centre). Take the third turning on your left into Connaught Road. The Abbey House Hotel is located 100 yards on your left.

Smoking suites are available on the occasion of a demand. Pets are only allowed at management's discretion. Weekend Rate is inclusive of mainland breakfast only, unless specified in the propose. Family Rooms have one double bed and one single bed.

Reservations must be cancelled two days beforehand of your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of this policy, the cost of the total reservation will be charged. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Kids older than 12 year are considered adult for apartment occupancy. Kids no older than 6 year can staying for independent.
