The Tickled Trout Hotel stands on the banks of the River Ribble, yet only mins away from the M6. A refuge from the tensions of motorway traffic, it is the ideal location for work travelers, in addition to those who would like to investigate the Dales or the Lake District (just thirty minutes away). The inn features 98 roomy bedrooms all which are stylishly provided with plenty of apartments bragging glorious views. All comprise bath and shower amenities and propose exceptional comfort and a generous night's sleep. High quality internet access is in all of our nice bedrooms or over-the-air is obtainable in the barlounge. With a full facilities Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and 24h apartment facilities, we can easily serve for all of your needs. We also offer complimentary safe parking zone for all visitors and operate a Female Travellers policy which consists of designated well-lit spaces close to the facade of the inn. With 14 conference rooms we able to accommodate meetings and functions from 1 to 100 persons, with a variety of amenities and menus to suit all needs.

Transportation

By RoadThe Tickled Trout is by the A59, at exit 31 of the M6. Exit the M6 at combination 31 and at the 1st roundabout take the 2nd exit. The entrance hall to the car parking is close to the petrol station. By RailPreston Station is around 10 minute drive from the guesthouse.
