General Information

The Old Coach House is an exquisite detached stone house in a tranquil setting with champion vistas of the nearby village, it's near all local facilities and within short distance of Pitlochry's prominent Old Victorian Town. The house sleeps four people in two greatly well furnished bedrooms both with astonishing vistas over the hills through vast skylight picture windows. Both bedrooms have beamed ceilings and are traditionally equipped. Double Room The double suite is stylishly furnished with Victorian bedstead, bedside cabinets tiffany lamps, radioalarm clock, mirrored wardrobes, TV, DVD Player, Dressing Tablebooks etc. Twin Room Equally finely furnished with wooden floor, Victorian Single Beds, Mirrored Wardrobes, Dressing Table, Bedside Cabinets, Tiffany Lamps, RadioAlarm Clock, TVDVD Player SittingDining Room A very cozy apartment with beamed ceiling luxuriously fitted with leather corner room, flat screen TV, DVD Player and Surround Sound System. Electric Stove and Gas Central Heating. There is also a library of DVD's, CD's and toys for your joy. Drop-leaf dining desk is located opposite the French Doors which provide grand mountain vistas. An adorable district where you are able to spend time sitting out with the barbecue on sunny eveningsThe kitchen is excellently furnished for your requirements and furthermore features wide picture window with attractive vistas of the hills. The kitchen equipping consists of, Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Sandwich Toaster, Wok, Luxury Wooden Chopping Trolley, Electric Hob and Oven. Freezerwasher and Dryer are situated in the outside building also with spacious picture windows facing astonishing views. The bathroom features white apartment with Power Shower over Bath. Wooden floor, complimentary soapsshower gel Entrance Hall with Umbrella Stand, literature, maps of neighbourhood etc. Cloakroom cupboard for coatsboots etc. Gardenpatio Area Large lawned park with bird desk. The park is completely enclosed with roomy wooden gates.


Transportation

Once in Scotland the major route north is the AM74. South of Glasgow take M73 which cuts north across to the AM80 from Glasgow to Stirling and Perth, which joins the M9A9 on which you mremain till 30 miles North Of Perth, Pitlodhry is directly off the major highway. Once the turning for Pitlochry is made keep going on major highway (Atholl Road) for approximately 1 mile, keep going into Pitlochry Centre, take 1st right after Tourist Board on to Bonnethill highway (for 0. 1 mile), turn right on to Toberargan Road (for 0. 1 mile), turn left onto Well Brae (for 0.1. mile), turn left onto Knockard Road (for 0. 1 mile) hundred metres arrive at The Old Coach House on right.
