Joyous and friendly Guest House on the edge of the English Lake District. Direct access to motorway M6 Junction 40. Popular place to stop on the way to or from Scotland. Perfect base for visiting the Lake District, Hadrians wall, or Centre Parcs. Most main credit cards accepted. All double and family suites are commodious and have beautiful views of our half acre of well tended park and the rural area behind. Kids of all ages made highly welcome. For convenience of all our dear guests all our nice bedrooms are non-smoking, we provide car park within our grounds. Check in time is from 2pm onwards. Please let us know whether you look forward arriving later than 8pm or whether you're held up along the way as able to sometimes happen.
