Ashtree House Hotel is embedded in a haven of stillness in the center of Paisley’s history and amusement region. Occupying a splendid listed Regency Georgian city cottage with its own privately-owned patio and walled terraces. Ashtree House is situated within the Oakshaw conservation district of Paisley. Located on a hill between Orr Square church and Trinity Church, the hotel proposes beautiful views over the city and its a lot of historical park amusements, such as the Abbey, the outstanding Victorian city hall and Paisley’s fabulous textile mills. Emerging from our facade door, you're just several yards from the high boulevard, retail and amusement area, in addition to Paisley University, the gallery and Art Centre. In this place you will find numerous restaurants and conventional pubs such as the esteemed Bull Inn, well-known due to its stained glass windows, its Art Noveau inside, and its wide variety of whisky and delightful ales. As you might expect there are dozens of widely-known courses in golf within an hour’s drive of Paisley, including the championship courses at Prestwick (home to the 1st ever ‘Open’) and Troon. Ashtree House has fourteen individualy colored suites with en-suite amenities, all fitted to the most high contemporary standards and well furnished. A short meander is Paisley Gilmour avenue railway station just ten minutes to Glasgow Central or twenty five minutes to the Clyde beach ferries. The Drawing Room Bar and Cafe is a pleasant region in which to sit and adore the ambiance in facade of forest burning stoves and have a glass of wine or an expresso coffee while enjoying home-cooked scottish food and baking.
