General Information

We would like to invite you to a relaxing visit at St Edmunds, a charming family run holiday hotel with 7 ample en-suite suites and a south-facing lawned park. Located on the 'South West Coast Path', St. Edmunds House stands on the corner of Sands Road and Queens Road with a level stroll of just one hundred and fifty m to the sea facade and some 350 m from Paignton city center. Paignton is within a short distance of Torquay (by `bus and rail), Brixham and Dartmouth (via ferry across the River Dart). There are a whole landlord of activities and famous places to stay on our doorstep, for which we would be delighted to advise customers, including boat trips, cycling, golfing, strolling and, surely, relaxing by the sea! A cute base to discover Torbay, The English Riviera, and the South Devon beach. If it`s just a short break away, your anniversary, birthday we will warrant a nice staying. For that special reason we able to organise for bunchs of flowers upon arrival and/or a personified festival cake made on the site. Lodging is obtainable all year round, with the exception of Christmas (24th - 26th December) and New Year (31st December to second January, although we are open for bookings for 27th to 30th December inclusive. For Bank Holidays, a minimum visit of two consecutive nights (3 for the Easter weekend) is required. First floor apartments may be accessible when booking - please call St Edmunds Guest House directly and where double / twin suites are indicated, please contact us to organize the requested fashion. N.b. Room rates shown are based on full occupation. Kids 0 to three years antique visit independent and kids from three to twelve years antique visit at 50% of adult rate for a person per night.
