General Information

A warm hospitable salutation awaits you at our victorian cottage, advantageously located, five mins amble from the very heart of Okehampton with an option of pubs and restaurants. Our seven apartments (4 en-suite) are central heated, have color tvs, hairdryers and facilities of making tea/coffee. We have a tranquil visitor hall where you can have a rest with a book or play board toys. An iron is obtainable on demand. There is car park accessible. We have safe storage for cycles and thanks to an influx of soggy cyclists we have installed a heated drying cupboard. For those of you on budgets there is a microwave in the dining room and we are glad to give warmed plates and cutlery, whether you favour not to eat out each night. In addition to providing a Full English Breakfast (included in the price) we also provide an option of fruit juices, cereals, fruit, yoghurts, tea, coffee, toast and preserves. Vegetarians served for. We are within short distance of the Museum of Dartmoor Life, Okehampton Castle, Simmons Park and Parklands Leisure Centre. Cycle Route 27 (the Granite Way) begins only 400 yards away and cycle hire able to be arranged from the youth Hostel, 'adventureokehampton' where you are able also book to go on their a lot of open-air activities whilst staying in the availability of our holiday hotel.
