General Information

Invercloy Guest House is located in the very heart of Oban on the major hill underneath McCaig's Tower and is less than a five minute stroll into city. Please take into account in response to changing client needs and requests we operate on a suite only basis and our prices reflect this. Invercloy features five bedrooms including two twins, two doubles and one single suite. 3 of the west overlooking bedrooms have astonishing and uninterrupted vistas over Oban whirlpool to Mull, Lismore and behind. You are able to see the panoramas from our photo's. The two east overlooking bedrooms face the park. We have a blend of privately-owned and shared service. We are located on the hill above the distillery. The bedrooms are enhanced in neutral tones and all have goose feather duvets, plump pillows and crisp white cotton sheets and pillowcases. Blankets are also accessible. The liberal cordiality tray is well stocked with attractive trade products, cafetiere and filter coffee. All rooms in the hotel have televisions with remote controls, hairdryers, clock radio alarms and shaver points. Our suites are spotlessly clear and clients ofen comment on this. The elevated verandah at Invercloy features wooden furniture where visitors are extremely welcome to use for a eating and to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun set. We are a fully non smoking establishment except on the verandah. We have self-sufficient Wi-Fi accessible. There is car park on the st at the facade and back of the cottage with no restrictions. Invercloy is a family work and you'll be secured of a sincere welcome. We are glad to assist with any needs you may have, e. g planning a jaunt or booking a restaurant. Guests are requested to pay on arrival with debit card, cash, cheque or credit card. Check in times are between 4pm - 10pm. Please inform us whether you intend to arrive outwith these times. We would be grateful whether visitors could check out by 10am.

Transportation

Whether you're coming from the north, come into Oban and turn left at the Kings Knoll Hotel, go direct over the fusion and along Dalriach highway keeping Atlantis Leisur on your right. Follow the highway onto Ardconnel highway. At the following blend drop down to the right onto Ardconnel Terrace. Whether hiking from the south, visit on the major highway till the roundabout. Take the 3rd exit onto George Street. Take a sharp right onto Stevenson Street and then a sharp left onto Hill Street. Follow the highway all the way up Rockfield Road and the take a left onto Ardconnel Terrace.
